Privacy Policy

Camduolet has no account, no ads, no tracking, and no third-party analytics or SDKs. Your photos and videos stay on your iPhone. The only information that ever leaves your iPhone is feedback you choose to send.

Camera, microphone and Photos

  • Camera and microphone are used only on your iPhone, while Camduolet is open, to show the viewfinder and to take the photos and videos you shoot.
  • Photos: your composed photos and videos are saved to your Photos library, in a Camduolet album. Camduolet uses Photos access to save your shots, show them in its Library and delete the ones you choose (iOS confirms every deletion). It works with full or limited Photos access.
  • The composed photo or video carries no location.

Originals kept for re-framing

So that you can re-frame a shot later (another layout, or 3:4, 9:16, 16:9), Camduolet keeps the full-resolution camera originals — both camera images of a photo and both camera streams of a video — plus small layout "recipe" files, inside the app's own storage on your iPhone. They are not uploaded anywhere.

  • Like other app data, they are included in your iPhone's backups (iCloud Backup or a backup to your computer).
  • They are removed when you delete the shot in Camduolet's Library (or in Photos, when Camduolet has full Photos access), and when you delete the app. With Keep both originals turned off in Camduolet's Settings, new shots keep no originals.

Feedback

Only when you send feedback from Settings › Feedback & Support › Send Feedback, the app sends:

  • the category you chose (Bug, Suggestion or Other) and the message you wrote;
  • an email address, only if you type one so we can reply;
  • a random install ID generated by the app, not tied to your Apple Account or any Apple identifier, used for rate limiting;
  • which kind of build sent it (debug, TestFlight or App Store);
  • the app version and iOS version, only if you turn on Include app and iOS version.

For TestFlight and App Store builds, the app also sends Apple's signed app-download record (AppTransaction). It is used only to check that the request comes from a genuine copy of Camduolet, and it is not stored.

Where feedback is stored

Feedback is stored in a Cloudflare D1 database; Cloudflare, Inc. processes it on our behalf. Cloudflare handles the IP addresses of incoming requests to deliver and protect this site and the feedback service. Our server code stores no IP address.

Retention and deletion

We keep feedback for as long as we need it to handle it, and delete it on request. To ask us to delete a piece of feedback, send another message through in-app feedback quoting the receipt number you were shown after sending (for example #12).

Children

Camduolet is not directed at children under 13.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.

相机、麦克风和照片

  • 相机和麦克风只在你的 iPhone 上、Camduolet 打开时使用，用于显示取景画面以及拍摄你的照片和视频。
  • 照片：合成后的照片和视频存入“照片”图库的 Camduolet 相簿。Camduolet 使用照片权限来存储作品、在图库中显示它们，以及删除你选择的作品（每次删除 iOS 都会确认）。完全访问或有限访问都可以使用。
  • 合成后的照片或视频不含位置信息。

为重新构图保留的原片

为了让你之后能重新构图（换一种布局，或改为 3:4、9:16、16:9），Camduolet 会把全分辨率的摄像头原片——照片的两张摄像头原图、视频的两路摄像头画面——以及记录布局的小“配方”文件，保存在 App 自己的存储空间里，只在你的 iPhone 上，不会上传到任何地方。

  • 和其他 App 数据一样，它们会包含在你的 iPhone 备份中（iCloud 云备份或电脑备份）。
  • 在 Camduolet 的图库中删除这次拍摄（或在 Camduolet 拥有“照片”完全访问权限时在“照片”中删除），以及删除 App 时，它们都会被移除。在 Camduolet 的设置中关闭“保留两张原片”后，新的拍摄不再保留原片。

反馈

只有当你通过设置 › 反馈与支持 › 发送反馈提交反馈时，App 才会发送：

  • 你选择的类别（问题、建议或其他）和你写下的内容；
  • 一个邮箱地址——只有你为了收到回复而填写时才会发送；
  • 一个由 App 随机生成的安装 ID，不与你的 Apple 账户或任何 Apple 标识符关联，用于频率限制；
  • 发送反馈的版本类型（调试版、TestFlight 或 App Store）；
  • App 版本号和 iOS 版本号——只有你打开“附上 App 和 iOS 版本”时才会发送。

TestFlight 和 App Store 版本还会发送 Apple 签名的 App 下载记录（AppTransaction）。它只用于确认请求来自正版的 Camduolet，不会被保存。

反馈存放在哪里

反馈保存在 Cloudflare D1 数据库中，由 Cloudflare, Inc. 代表我们处理。Cloudflare 会处理访问请求中的 IP 地址，用于提供和保护本网站及反馈服务。我们自己的服务器代码不会保存任何 IP 地址。

保留与删除

反馈会保留到处理完毕所需的时间为止，并可应你的要求删除。如果想删除某条反馈，请再通过 App 内反馈发送一条消息，写明发送后显示的收据编号（例如 #12）。

儿童

Camduolet 不面向 13 岁以下的儿童。

变更

如本政策有变更，新版本将以新的生效日期发布在此页面。
