Camduolet has no support inbox: every request goes through the feedback form inside the app, so we can see your question together with the context we need.

How to get help

Open Camduolet and go to:

Settings › Feedback & Support › Send Feedback

  • Choose Bug, Suggestion or Other, and describe what happened.
  • Add an email address if you would like a reply.
  • After sending you will see a receipt number (#N). Keep it: quoting it helps us find your message if you follow up or ask us to delete it.

Camduolet can't use the camera, microphone or Photos

Turn access on in the Settings app › Camduolet. The camera shows the viewfinder, the microphone records sound for videos, and Photos is where your shots are saved. Camduolet works with full or limited Photos access.

Which iPhones does it work on?

Camduolet needs iOS 26 on an iPhone that can use two cameras at once: iPhone 11 and later.

Where are my photos and videos?

In the Photos app › Albums › Camduolet, and in Camduolet's Library. Each shot shows as one photo or video. The camera originals used for re-framing are kept inside Camduolet, not in Photos.

How do I change the language?

Camduolet follows your iPhone's language (English or Simplified Chinese). To pick one just for Camduolet, go to the Settings app › Camduolet › Language.

Why did the frame rate drop?

When the iPhone gets warm, Camduolet lowers the frame rate step by step instead of stopping. It goes back up as the iPhone cools down.

How do I delete my shots and data?

Delete a shot in Camduolet's Library: it goes to Recently Deleted in Photos, and the originals Camduolet kept for it are removed. Deleting the app removes all the originals it keeps. To have feedback you sent deleted, send a new message through in-app feedback quoting its receipt number. See the privacy policy for details.

Camduolet 无法使用相机、麦克风或照片

请在“设置”App › Camduolet 中打开相应权限。相机用于显示取景画面，麦克风用于录制视频的声音，“照片”用于存储你的作品。完全访问或有限访问照片都可以使用。

iPhone 发热时，Camduolet 会逐步降低帧率，而不是直接停止。iPhone 降温后帧率会恢复。

如何删除作品和数据？

在 Camduolet 的图库中删除作品：它会进入“照片”的“最近删除”，Camduolet 为它保留的原片也会一并移除。删除 App 会移除它保存的所有原片。如果想删除你发送过的反馈，请通过 App 内反馈再发一条消息，写明它的收据编号。详情见隐私政策。
